To open and use a jl4com account, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. jl4com takes the prohibition of underage gambling seriously and cooperates fully with any investigation into age misrepresentation.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal. It is your responsibility to determine whether using jl4com is lawful in your location before registering.

When detected, all associated balances may be forfeited and accounts permanently closed.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. jl4com will never ask for your password via email or chat. Any bets or transactions placed using your credentials before you report a compromise are your responsibility unless jl4com's own systems are found to be at fault.

jl4com accepts deposits through a range of local Philippine payment methods including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, InstaPay, PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion.

• For casino games: game results are determined by certified RNG systems. Malfunctions void all plays and returns. No compensation is offered for outcomes during a verified system fault.

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the jl4com platform or place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Coordinating bets with other players or engaging in any form of match-fixing or result manipulation.
• Using jl4com for money laundering, financing illegal activity, or any transaction not conducted in good faith as genuine gaming activity.
• Filing fraudulent chargebacks with your payment provider after making deposits that were used for real-money play.
